Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Hemingway's Cigars for your premium cigar and accessory needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or accessories.
No Returns or Exchanges
Cigars: All sales of cigars are final. Due to health and safety regulations, as well as the fragile nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Accessories: Sales of accessories, including lighters, cutters, humidors, and other related items, are final. For hygiene reasons and potential wear from use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products.
In certain cases, refunds for accessories may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, a return will not be eligible if the item is not in its original condition, is missing or damaged parts not caused by us, or is returned more than seven days after delivery.
Quality Assurance
At Hemingway's Cigars, we take great care in selecting and inspecting our products to ensure they meet our high standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a solution.
